1. Agreement

By using NullDen (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is okay with you using the Site.

3. What NullDen is

NullDen is a free site that collects browser games. Many games are made and hosted by third parties (for example Playgama and independent developers) and open inside frames. We don’t own those games and don’t control their content, ads or updates.

4. Your responsibilities

• Follow the law and any rules of your school, workplace or network. You are responsible for whether using the Site is allowed where you are.
• Don’t harass others, spread malware, attack or overload the Site, or try to break its sandboxes.
• Don’t use the Site for anything illegal.
• Keep forum posts friendly: no hate, spam, personal information or links to harmful sites. Staff may delete posts and ban accounts that break this rule.
• Only use the report and feedback tools in good faith. Spamming them or making false reports can get your account banned.

5. Third-party content and ads

Games may show ads, use cookies, and have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party content. Any in-game purchases are between you and the third party.

6. Accounts and Nullbux

Accounts are optional. You’re responsible for your username, your password and everything that happens under your account, and you must not share your account or try to access someone else’s. Nullbux and items are virtual: they have no cash value, can’t be bought with or exchanged for real money, and aren’t your property. We may change prices, rewards and limits, fix errors, or reset balances, and we may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse the Site or break these Terms. The site owner can see account details, send announcements, adjust balances, ban or delete accounts, and run giveaways. Staff (moderators, managers and admins) are appointed by the owner or senior staff and have different levels of access: moderators can see account details, ban or unban accounts, review ban appeals and delete forum posts; managers can also send announcements and run giveaways; admins can also adjust balances and items. If your account is banned you can send an appeal from the login screen, and staff may approve or deny it. Trades between players are final once both sides accept, and offers expire after 3 days. Staff may cancel or reverse trades that involve cheating or abuse. Giveaways are virtual and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Intellectual property and takedowns

NullDen’s own design and code belong to NullDen Games. Games, names and logos belong to their owners. If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email zzearyd@gmail.com with: the work you own, the page or game concerned, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review it and remove content where appropriate.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or safe from third-party content.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, NullDen Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. If the Terms change in a meaningful way, you may be asked to accept them again. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the current version.
